REALTOR membership
- The 2.5 hours of ethics training required by the National Association of REALTORS is not related to the hours needed to renew a South Carolina real estate license.
- REALTORS are required to complete 2.5 hours of ethics training every 4 years to satisfy the membership requirements of the National Association of REALTORS.
- New licensees fulfill this requirement while attending New Member Orientation
- NAR offers a free online ethics course at REALTOR.org to fulfill this obligation.
- The association offers ongoing ethics training through our education curriculum that covers both CE Credit and NAR Credit.
EVERY REALTOR must complete NAR ethics training by December 31, 2008
Each local association is responsible for determining whether or not an ethics course meets the minimum requirements for NAR credit.

Paragon Essentials
July 17th: 9:00am-12:00pm
Learn the basics of Paragon including browser settings, basic navigation of system, property searches (General, Hotsheet, etc.), emailing and printing listings, setting up different views, basic contact management and inputting and maintaining listings. CMAs in Paragon
July 18th: 9:00am-11:00am
Learn how to create a CMA presentation packet in Paragon by creating subject properties and using the CMA presentation tools and setting up user preferences.

Zipform will be providing Zipform training over the web so you can become more familiar with your association forms in an electronic format through Zipform. The training session will cover features and functions on how to use Zipform effectively such as:
- Creating transactions
- Filling out forms
- Sorting and searching for transactions
- Templates for commonly used transaction types
- Creating and using clauses
- Stike out
- Email transactions
- Converting forms to PDF
- Emailing forms

| Zipforms Have been Updated |
|

The profile sheets on Zipform Online have been updated. These forms are automatically updated for anyone using Zipform Online, however if you have an existing transaction, you will need to remove the old form from your transaction and add the new profile form back into that existing transaction. The only forms that have changed are the Land, Multi-Family, and Commercial Profile Sheets. |

| Paragon 4.1.4 Upcoming Release |
|
| Coming soon Paragon will be releasing Paragon 4.1.4. The following changes will be taking place. You will not need to do anything to listings for this release.
Listing Photo Gallery Enhancement:
Several enhancements will be made to the Listing Photo Gallery to give users improved control over how the listing images are displayed. The Gallery will now display the full size of the listing photo image (max 640 x 480). Also the gallery will not automatically start the slideshow until it is activated by the user. Email Multiple Reports:
Users will have the ability to email clients multiple report views for listings via Hyperlink. Following current functionality, users will still be limited to send a single MLS listing via Attachment and Insert Into Body.
Microsoft Virtual Earth Mapping Update:
Paragon version 4.1.4 introduces a more refined set of mapping controls which allow more onscreen room for viewing the Virtual Earth 6.1 map. This control allows users to view a road map, aerial map and bird's eye views (where available). It also allows users to show or hide road labels on an aerial map.
Auto Fill of New/Changed Email Addresses in Auto-Notifications:
Previously the email address in an auto-notification would not automatically update when it was changed in the Contact or Agent record. Now when an email address is updated it will also update any existing auto-notifications that are associated with that contact or agent. |
